Thanks the gods that the premiere Thor: Ragnarok is only less than a few weeks away. Between the various trailers and gorgeous artwork that Disney and Marvel Studios have eked out the past few months, Ragnarok looks to be one of the most packed, fast-paced, apocalypse-meets-green-goliath films we’ll see all year.
Adding her cache to an already impressive cast is Oscar winner Cate Blanchett, who portrays Hela, the goddess of death. In a new featurette for Ragnarok, Blanchett echoes what many actors have affirmed over the years: playing the villain is just damn fun.
Blanchett looks like she’s relishing the role, right? Now I can’t help but hear her voice every time I see Hela in a Marvel comic. Like Tom Hiddleston’s Loki before her, the role of Hela should prove to always be unequivocally Blanchett’s.
Thor: Ragnarok hits theaters on November 3rd.
