What I always appreciate about any Harley Quinn book that Conner and Palmiotti tackle is that it’s so clear that they’re having a ball, and that joy can’t help but emanate from the pages. The creative pair have an affection for Harley that is undeniable, and I hope they aren’t planning on going anywhere anytime soon. As for Timms and Linsner’s art, there’s a beautiful whimsy they inject into the story that, of course, is right at home in Harley’s world.
