Marvel’s Inhumans characters are experiencing a renaissance of sorts in the publisher’s books, from Black Bolt to Royals and event series such as Infinity and Civil War II. One of the shining jewels in Marvel’s Inhumans crown is the engaging and thought-provoking work that Christopher Priest and Phil Noto are doing on the current Inhumans: Once and Future Kings miniseries. Through using the past as a lens to view the Jack Kirby and Stan Lee creations, Priest and Noto are providing layers of depth that inform why the present day Black Bolt, Maximus, Medusa, and company act as they do. Check out these preview pages of issue #3, out tomorrow, that Marvel was kind enough to share!
