We’ve known for a while that writer Chip Zdarsky would be ending his years-spanning run working on the Marvel Comics hero known as Daredevil, having left an indelible mark on the character and building The Man without Fear‘s mythos in new and interesting ways. Last month, the House of Ideas teased that this August would conclude Zdarsky‘s saga.
Just today, Marvel dropped a press release that promises a “heart-wrenching showdown” in June’s Daredevil #12 from Zdarsky and artist Marco Checchetto, pitting lovers Daredevil and Elektra against one another. In what looks to be the beginning of the end, what will the fallout be for our heroes? The image below hints at the last dance to come.
