With Avengers: Infinity War hitting theaters in just over a month from now, it makes sense that Marvel Studios and Disney would want to start ramping up their media campaign. So far, we’ve only seen one trailer and a Super Bowl spot of the various disparate Avengers coming together to stave off the threat of Thanos in his quest for the Infinity stones to control all reality. However, the Houses of Mouse and Ideas have given us just one more taste to tie us over until Infinity War hits at the end of April.
Good lord! Where to begin? From Gamora giving her take on Thanos based on her time being raised by him to Tony and Quill bantering to Spidey and Doctor Strange sharing a fun moment.
However, what really drove home the stakes of Thanos’ threat were scenes featuring the Mad Titan himself, decked out in his full costumery and regalia, plowing a path of destruction in his wake as he attempts to collect the Infinity stones and kill half the universe’s population. And that last scene with Steve? Chills.
Avengers: Infinity War, directed by the Russo brothers and starring more actors than you can shake an Infinity Gauntlet at, drops in theaters April 27th, 2018.
