Okay, maybe the new TV commercial for next Friday’s Doctor Strange, starring Benedict Cumberbatch, Tilda Swinton, Chiwetel Ejiofor, and Rachel McAdams, won’t actually give you vertigo, but it may certainly give you flashbacks of director Christopher Nolan’s Inception or those M.C. Escher prints you stared at in geometry class while totally not paying attention to that lesson on perpendicular angles.

Need Dramamine? No? Then you’re probably good to go to watch Doctor Strange without the threat of throwing up on the patron seated in front of you. While the new spot doesn’t really give us any footage we haven’t seen before, it does highlight the emphasis director Scott Derrickson has put on making the film an esoteric, surreal experience. Think watching The Wizard of Oz while “Dark Side of the Moon” is playing, but with superhero sorcerers and capes.

Doctor Strange, starring Benedict Cumberbatch, Tilda Swinton, Rachel McAdams, and Chiwetel Ejiofor, hits theaters November 4th.
