Creator Ian McGinty‘s long-awaited first issue of Welcome to Showside from Z2 Comics hits finally hits comic shops tomorrow! In celebration of the book’s big release, as well as a huge nod to International Animation Day on Wednesday, Modern Prometheus, a sister company to Z2, has released an animated short starring Showside‘s cast of characters! Check it out below!

This short is just the tip of the iceberg, as Showside is being developed as an animated series to premiere in 2016. And did you notice McGinty’s and superstar Henry Rollins’ names in the credits as voice talent in the short? Everyone involved is going all-in with this project and it more than shows.
