Keeping the tradition of its predecessor, Netflix’s Mystery Science Theater 3000: The Return held a Thanksgiving Day marathon yesterday, hosted by Joel Hogsdon, Felicia Day, and Jonah Ray, helping viewers be lulled into a happy stupor during their post-dinner slouching. However, if the laughter generated from the Satellite of Love didn’t wake fans up, an announcement from Hogsdon certainly did.

To no big surprise, considering how chucklelicious the revival is, MST3K: The Return has landed a second season. When Jonah and his robot friends will make a new appearance is a wait-and-see game, but at least we have one more thing to be thankful for this holiday season.

The first season of Mystery Science Theater 3000: The Return is currently streaming on Netflix.
