We’ve known for some time now that Jon Bernthal (The Walking Dead) would be front-and-center in season two of Netflix‘s Marvel’s Daredevil as Frank Castle, the vigilante and sometimes-thorn in Matt Murdock’s side known as the Punisher. This morning, the streaming service dropped a new poster and teaser trailer showing just how much a presence Frank will be in the lives of both the Man without Fear and his fellow residents of Hell’s Kitchen. You might have noticed that season two will be hitting our eyeballs on March 18. Rumors were swirling about last week that we might get new episodes on March 25, putting Daredevil going head-to-head with Warner Bros.’s Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice, which also drops that day. Turns out those whisperings were just that, most likely stirred up to set up a false brouhaha between the rival stables of characters. You know the score on that type of nonsense.
Hopefully, these teases are just the beginning of a trickle of new content that will keep fans sated until Marvel’s Daredevil arrives in just over two months.
