Writer Nick Spencer has had quote the ride with his run on The Amazing Spider-Man, and his final installment on the book will coincide with another Spidey landmark, the 875th issue of Amazing, on sale this September!
Editor Nick Lowe says of Spencer’s run, “The last three years of AMAZING SPIDER-MAN have been Nick Spencer’s love letter to his favorite character and comic. He may be the biggest Spidey fan ever as evidenced from the fact that he read every Spider-Man comic in preparation for his landmark run.”
The 875th issue, titled “What Cost Victory,” will see the culmination of every arc that Spencer built, from “Hunted” to “King’s Ransom” to “Sinister War.” What will possibly befall our webbed hero?
